Worth a credit? This is a sweet romance novel and definitely, absolutely and certainly worth a credit but, for the listeners who must have total 'historical accuracy' as well, they should look elsewhere. Anna isn't a pretty well gowned young debutant or Lady and Edward isn't a handsome young rake but their story IS beautiful - a lowly almost penniless widow and a scarred loud Earl who try, but fail, to keep to the social boundaries dictated by the rules of Georgian England's Society. IF YOU'R LOOKING FOR ROMANCE THEN LOOK NO FURTHERÄ«ook 1 of the Prince Trilogy (the Prince's are mythical fairytales that slowly unfold at the beginning of each chapter) I love E.H.'s books and this one is filled with likeable flawed characters that come to life as you become more involved in a well written, well narrated storyline that has passion, humour, emotion, blackmail and some steamy love scenes.
